Clean books make GST, TDS, income tax and audits easier. Expertvuw’s team maintains your accounts month by month, reconciles bank, GST and TDS records, and prepares financial statements ready for your statutory auditor.
Every company must keep books of accounts on an accrual basis and double-entry system at its registered office, and preserve them for at least eight years. Businesses and professionals above prescribed limits must also maintain books under income-tax rules. Since 1 April 2023, companies using accounting software must use software with an audit trail (edit log) that cannot be disabled.
Well-kept books are the base for GST returns, TDS, advance tax, income tax returns and the statutory audit. They also give management reliable numbers for decisions, banks and investors.
Bookkeeping and financial statement preparation are done by Expertvuw’s team. The statutory audit and tax audit of those accounts are carried out by independent Chartered Accountants, as the law requires.
