Email lets you stay in touch with clients and enquiries who have chosen to hear from you: compliance reminders, updates on rule changes, newsletters and follow-ups. We set up the email platform and sender authentication, build templates and automated sequences, and run campaigns to consent-based lists. We do not use purchased lists.
Email works when people expect and value what you send. For service businesses that usually means timely, practical updates, such as upcoming deadlines, changes in rules or useful guides, rather than frequent sales messages.
Deliverability depends on technical set-up. Major mailbox providers such as Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to authenticate their domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, to offer one-click unsubscribe, and to keep spam complaint rates low. Emails sent without this set-up are more likely to land in spam.
Collecting and using email addresses also has legal implications. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, personal data should be processed on the basis of clear consent or another lawful ground, with a way to withdraw consent. That is why we build lists from your own enquiries, clients and sign-up forms, and never from purchased data.

We do not use purchased lists. They harm deliverability and raise data protection concerns.
Common reasons are missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC, sending to old or purchased lists, and high complaint rates.
Often enough to stay useful, typically once or twice a month for a newsletter, plus timely updates when something important changes.
We recommend a platform based on your list size, budget and CRM. Common options include Mailchimp, Brevo and Zoho Campaigns.
Yes. Email addresses are personal data. Consent, purpose limitation and the right to withdraw consent should be built into your process.
