Applications to government departments and regulators often stall on a query, a missing document or an unclear status. We prepare complete applications, track them on the relevant portals, draft replies to queries, and attend scheduled hearings or meetings where an authorised representative is permitted. Every decision rests with the authority concerned.
Businesses deal with many authorities: the Registrar of Companies and Regional Director, RBI and SEBI, GST and income tax departments, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, State industries departments, municipal bodies, pollution control boards and others. Most now work through online portals, but applications can still be held up by queries, incomplete documents or delays in processing.
Our role is procedural. We check that applications are complete before filing, track their status, prepare point-wise replies to queries and deficiency letters, and follow up through the channels each authority provides, such as portal grievances, helpdesks and scheduled hearings. Where the law requires representation by an advocate, Chartered Accountant or other licensed professional, an independent professional is engaged.
We work only through lawful, documented channels and do not offer or arrange any benefit to officials. Approvals, timelines and outcomes are decided by the authority.
Based on the procedures of the authorities concerned; applicable laws are checked for each matter. Last updated: 27 September 2026.
